***AMAZING CANDIDATE AVAILABILITY NOTICE***To everyone in my LinkedIn network (especially those who are either located in Southern California, or who are open to employing a highly efficient go-getter who can work remotely from SoCal). I have a true “knock your socks off” amazing candidate doing a confidential search for herself. I have witnessed her throughout the past 25 years of her career (and have often envied those who employ her) but I unfortunately don't have anything for her at this time. Call me 'old school' if you like, but I still feel like the right business card matters. Find yourself a good printer & invest the time, energy & money into a good design with nice print features. Honestly, the difference that just an extra $50 can make is amazing. Before doing a quick job at VistaPrint or Kinkos (which I did in a rush here), consider a nice upgrade for yourself. In my case, it was James Sarell at Mighty Color with whom I've been doing business for a number of years. If you're looking for a good printer, give them a shout.

RE: LinkedIn "people you may know" - according to a recent Reddit thread/answer that I read, "mutual connections" is only one way that LinkedIn suggests people that you may know. The other way (which has no mutual connections, but instead it just says "Based on your profile") is apparently people WHO HAVE SEARCHED FOR YOU?!?!?!?! I really do wonder if this is the case - because if so, I think I'd be looking at that list in a whole new light. 😯 🤔...AND if that's the case, then I'M going to be careful who I search for in the future on LinkedIn too.
