Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except pistachios) in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth. (see tips below the recipe card)
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
After freezing, spin the mixture on the “Lite Ice” setting in the Ninja Creami.
Respin the ice cream for a creamier texture.
Top with crunchy pistachios and fold them in. Optionally, use the mix-in setting on the Ninja Creami to add the pistachios. Enjoy!
